Hikaru Mizu Japanese Garden at Four Rivers Cultural Center will be transformed into a beautiful island oasis for all you Parrot Heads. It is a fun night for an excellent cause! Your ticket purchase will help raise funds that support the critical repairs needed at Four Rivers Cultural Center. Join us as we transform the garden into an island oasis.
