For a gentle moving experience, join our Chair Yoga Class, Wednesday mornings, 10:30 – 11:30, led by Susan, with 45 years of teaching yoga. This class offers an easy, effective way to increase movement, strengthen joints and muscles, and have a little fun doing it. We will explore our bodies and our minds together.
