Join us to learn how to protect your health amid the everyday toxins we’re all exposed to — from wildfire smoke to chronic stress. This lecture explores how your body’s natural detoxification systems work, and practical steps you can take to support them.
Dr. Rodgers will be joined by herbalist Julianne Moore for a comprehensive look at these toxins and proactive ways to reduce your exposure. Julianne will also review simple herbal remedies that may help keep your body’s natural detox systems working optimally.
Instructor Bio:
Julianne Moore, RH (AHG), has been a Professional Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalists Guild since 2017 and holds a diploma in Western Herbalism (2010). She specializes in the knowledge of wild plants and in formulating tinctures and teas, including the proper use of herbs to gently support lymphatic, blood, and liver health. She also brings a deep understanding of the mental, physical, and emotional healing properties of plants.
After running her own herbal practice in Arizona and teaching in the herbal program at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, she relocated to the Treasure Valley to share her knowledge with a new community.
