1st Annual PawAPawLooza

Join us for our first annual PawAPawLooza. It will be puppy central at Four Rivers Cultural Center, Sunday, October 14 from 12 noon- 5:00 PM.
Come adopt a dog or foster a dog, or just come play with the dogs. There will be a lot of dogs from kennel AniCare and all adoption and fostering applications will be on hand and ready to process. Come meet them and you can walk them in our Japanese Garden or outside on leash. Then you can take them home with you!
A day of fun for the whole family, come and participate in all of the festivities.
-Learn about adoption and fostering. There will be presentations from city ordinance about how to register and protect your dog.
-People will tell us about training of dogs for police work, and service.
-AniCare will provide details on how they operate their kennel and how you can volunteer with them. There is no end to the needs of a kennel, with feeding and grooming and walking the dogs so that they get their exercise.
-Come meet with vendors – kennels, veterinarians, groomers, pet food and toy sellers and more.
-Dog trainers will tell you how to train your new puppy and adult dog.
-Popcorn and sno-cones, beverages and other food items will be for sale
-A Beatles tribute band will perform all of their classics
-Participate in an art show. Looking for artists to submit a dog inspired piece of art to have displayed on site. All ages, mediums are welcome. Artwork to be submitted to Four Rivers Cultural Center by 4:00 PM Wednesday, October 10th
