Step into the fun with Beginner Line Dancing at Four Rivers Cultural Center, held Wednesday’s beginning in October! This relaxed, low-stress class is perfect for first-time dancers and anyone who simply wants to enjoy music, movement, and a welcoming community.

You’ll learn easy, fun line-dance steps at a comfortable pace—no experience, partner, or fancy footwork required. Just bring your dancing shoes, a little rhythm, and a smile!

Instructor Sheryl Yano first discovered line dancing in a beginner class at FRCC about three and a half years ago. Since then, she has joined the Golden Boot Scooters, a local line-dancing group that performs for area nursing homes. Returning to FRCC to lead a new beginner class feels like a meaningful full-circle moment—and she’s excited to share the joy of line dancing with others.
