For participants familiar with the StrongPeopleTM exercises, who can get up and down from the floor and are using weights of more than 1 pound. Fast paced class; INCLUDES floor exercises. Bring a mat and hand weights with you to class!
TUES & THUR | 9:05-9:45 AM
This class is great for new people. Lower level of intensity. Learn the correct form for the exercises and the use of weights, to obtain the greatest benefit from the class.
If you have your own hand weights, please bring them with you to class!
