Unwind with this hour-long dedication of time to you and your body. Focus on the areas that build tension in daily life. Breathe, move, and stretch while calming and relaxing your mind and body. Feel the tensions dissipate as you move through the class.

Dress comfortably, bring your yoga mat, and water in a closed container or bottle. Socks are recommended during class. Towels or a blanket for use during the relaxation session can be brought as an additional cushion or comfort.

All ages & abilities welcome. Your instructor will share modifications to help you adapt poses to your personal potential.
