Practice yoga, moving meditation, breath work, and finding your calm with Susan and Debbie on Thursday evenings. Learn new yoga poses or find a new modification to challenge yourself. Channel an inner calm by allowing noises and distractions not to interrupt your time
Bring: A yoga mat and/or blanket, and water. Please dress comfortably and maybe try practicing barefoot for a more impactful and beneficial session.
