It’s storytime! Here at the Four Rivers Cultural Center, we’re passionate about sharing stories with our community and that’s why we’re bringing a program full of tall tales straight to the slightly shorter members of Malheur County! Join us on select Saturdays beginning in March from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for On Our Own Storytime, an hour of stories, songs, and FREE fun crafts led by former elementary school teacher Krista Navarrete.

This program is designed to explore literacy, fine motor skills and give children and their caregivers to get their wiggles out while having fun together!

Dates:

  • March 19
  • April 16
  • May 21

What You Need to Know:

  • This program is perfect for children between the ages of 2-5. Families are welcome!
  • Each storytime will include a focus on developing reading skills, songs to encourage movement, a fine motor activity to teach motor skills, and a craft.
  • Here’s what we’ll be reading in March!
