Oregon based Live Performance Shodo Artist, and her musical accompanist will collaborate in creating a unique one-of-a-kind artistic performance for the audience to be part of. SORA, a Japanese born, Portland resident, will share her artistic creativity in Shodo (Japanese calligraphy). Her creations are based on the feelings and energies emitted from the audience and sponsors along with her wonderful accompanist Calin Matei. Join us, bring your curiosity and greatness, and enjoy a unique opportunity to see Shodo art being made.

Prior to the performance a limited amount of traditional Japanese bento dinners and sake samplers will be available. You’ll join Matsy’s for a Made in Oregon immersed bento, with miso, tofu, and wasabi being some of the Oregon based ingredients. This amazing meal will be paired with a PNW brewed sake sampler and tea. We’ve done the homework and legwork to bring you the freshest and most local Japanese food creations we can. Add this onto your ticket purchase for a total Japanese immersive evening without leaving Ontario.

We’re honored to share this unique and memorable evening with you. Purchase tickets as soon as possible, especially for the bento and sake sampler. We anticipate this limited-capacity opportunity will sell out fast. Don’t wait!
