Pogo Saito
Pogo Saito is originally from Nyssa, graduated from SOU in Ashland and spent 30 years touring as a professional actor in addition to work as a director, choreographer, writer, singer and award winning production designer. Little did she suspect that learning to play the drums for a show back in their 20s that it would come in handy when returning home at 50 to start Soundheart Healing, playing soundbath meditations locally. Pogo went all around the world as an artist and learned there’s no place like home!
Susan Havlina
Since 1980 Susan has been studying and teaching a combination of yoga styles acquired from the teacher training schools of Iyengar, Amrit, Anusara, and EQuilibrium yoga. She attended many yoga workshops led by nationally recognized teachers and has a 500-RYT certificate from Yoga Alliance. She has created her own style of teaching and is now focusing on sharing her yoga as a transforming tool to inspire individuals to learn about and accept the body, mind, and soul they are living in. This is an Eastern Art yoga, not the typical Western workout yoga.
