MONDAY’S AND WEDNESDAY’S
“Young at Heart Senior Class” is a diverse hour of some of the most needed fitness features seniors need. The class offers balancing exercises and stretching with a yoga influence. You will also spend some of the time doing movement exercise to benefit your heart and cardio vascular system. A portion of the class will be floor work, with a focus on the agility to get up and down to the floor and some strength exercises to build muscle. The class is set to music from the 70’s to the 80’s to keep everyone motivated and happy. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one on hand.
